Dr. Ali Farooqi
Founder & CEO
Dr. Farooqi has a background in Radiology having worked at reputable teaching institutions in New York. He has participated extensively in residency & fellowship interviews, & conducted workshops for faculty, fellows, and senior residents training them on effective techniques for interviewing. He also successfully ran a center for USMLE Step 3, and USMLE Step 2 CS in New York for many years.
Dr. Shravan Reddy, M.D
Founder & COO
Dr. Reddy is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He has years of experience interviewing residency candidates, as well as guiding and mentoring them to increase their competency for success in the match. He has successfully mentored thousands of IMG/ FMG’s from all over the world, he personally speaks with each student to ensure the highest results for each applicant!
Dr. Mary Siciliano, D.O.
Assoc. Program Director
Dr.Siciliano is a board certified Family Medicine physician, and has been in academia for almost 30 years serving as an APD at St.Luke’s Family medicine. She has interviewed thousands of students spanning her career, and has developed effective training techniques for applicants.
Dr.Suraj Reddy
Asst. Clinical Dean WUSOM
Dr. Suraj is the Assistant Clinical Dean for Windsor University School of Medicine. He successfully ran a step 2 CS coaching center for over a decade, and provided mentorship and guidance to a significant number of students .In his current role he engages with over 1000 students annually and prepares them for the match.
Dr. Thomas Wojda, M.D.
Asst. Professor UPMC
Dr. Wojda is a double board certified family medicine and sports medicine physician. He is currently an assistant professor of family medicine at UPMC with extensive knowledge regarding the residency interview and application process. He interviews hundreds of applicants every match cycle.
Dr. Fatima Akbar, M.D.
MPH
Dr. Akbar is well rounded in domestic and international medicine and aids in the public health sector. She has years of experience in helping applicants highlight their careers on their match applications and supervises the entire CV team.
Dr. Srikara Gondhi M.D

As a current resident he has extensive experience in all aspects of the match process including supplemental applications, and up-to-date interview questions. He has valuable training in student relations and supplemental match preparation for candidates.
